Fighting 400 5k
The Fighting 400 5k takes place on May 24, 2026 in Gordon, PA, with events listed as a 5k Run / Walk and a Fun Run that is not timed. Both events are shown with an entry fee of $25 and registration is scheduled to close on May 20, 2026.
The course winds through the streets of Gordon on paved surfaces that are mostly flat with some occasional inclines. Roads along the route will be closed. This year’s course differs from past years and finishes in the community park. The race is set to start at the firehouse at the intersection of West Plane and Otto and to end at the community park at the intersection of Park and Royer Street.
Food and beverages will be available before and after the event from several food trucks on site. The first 100 people to register are listed to receive a free shirt. Awards for the 5k include overall male and female winners and the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 13 and under, 14 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over.
