Defenders Dash 5k
The Defenders Dash is a second annual fun run and walk held on Saturday May 16, 2026 at Rohrbach's Farm Market in Catawissa, PA. The event features a 5K distance and directs all profits to Columbia Country Christian's men's and women's soccer program.
The course is an out and back on paved rural roads near the farm. It includes rolling hills, short climbs, and scenic rural views. The race begins and ends at the farm.
Prizes are awarded to overall male and female winners and to winners in age group brackets; specific age group divisions will be determined by participant numbers and ages. Participants who register by April 25 are guaranteed a running tech t-shirt with the race logo, with shirt color to be announced later; shirts are not guaranteed after that date. Day of registration is available during a designated check-in period.
After the race, attendees can take part in Rohrbach's seasonal strawberry activities or purchase a meal from Big Dan's BBQ.
