6th Annual Fidelis Militus Obstacle 5K
The Fidelis Militus Obstacle 5K is scheduled for November 8, 2026, at Tallulah Falls Middle School, located at 295 Tallulah Gorge Scenic Loop, Tallulah Falls, GA. The course follows the local cross country layout and runs through scenic terrain with on-course obstacles. Parking is available directly next to the course.
Obstacles along the route are optional and may be bypassed by participants. Close-toed shoes are required. Water will be provided on site, and participants are encouraged to bring a personal water bottle. Organizers have indicated plans to host food trucks at the event location and recommend bringing cash for purchases.
All proceeds and donations from the event go to the Caleb Griffis Memorial Foundation, an official 501(c)(3). The foundation provides scholarships for graduating seniors at Tallulah Falls School and surrounding counties and supports ROTC cadets at Clemson and other colleges and universities. Fidelis Militus is presented as a memorial run to honor the life described by the organizers and is not affiliated with Tallulah Falls School.
