Fidalgo Trail Run, Anacortes WA
The event takes place at Bowman Bay in Anacortes and offers multiple trail distances around Fidalgo Island. Distances follow a common route with variations for shorter or longer options.

The course consists of loops, lollipops, and coastal sections with ocean views. Runners start to the north on the Rosario head loop, return through the start area, then run a Lighthouse loop and the Lottie Point loop. Five mile runners follow an abbreviated version of the half marathon route and return to the finish after Lottie Point. The full marathon completes two loops of the half marathon course. Half and full marathon runners continue past Pass Lake, cross the Deception Pass Bridge to the Goose Rock loop, run an out and back to West Beach, then cross back over the bridge to the finish.
Half and full marathon runners will cross the Deception Pass Bridge. The bridge reaches about 180 feet in height, remains open to traffic during the event, and runners use the pedestrian walkway.
Evergreen Trail Runs, founded in 2010, organizes the event and notes that race fees are non refundable. Options for entrants who cannot participate include deferring an entry, transferring to another runner, or switching to another Evergreen event; fees apply and some requests must be submitted before race week.
