Felsted Frolic
Felsted Frolic takes place on 31 Aug 2026 with Race HQ at The Chequers, Braintree Road, Felsted CM6 3DL.
Distances:
- approx 10 miles, minimum age 17
- approx 10 km, minimum age 16
The races are self navigation trail events using a written route description issued on the day. There are no course markings or marshals and no GPX files. This is not a mass start event. Entrants will be timed out and back in at the finish.
Entry fees are shown as £9 for affiliated runners and £11 for unaffiliated runners, plus a 50p booking fee. A discounted entry price is available until 29 Aug 2026. A service fee of 4% per sign-up applies, minimum 50p. Each entry includes a voucher for a bacon sandwich or a veggie sausage sandwich.
Dogs are not allowed in line with UKA event rules. There are no refunds except if the race is cancelled. Transfers are not permitted after 24 Aug 2026. It is possible to enter more than once for friends, but the organiser requires each additional entrant's emergency contact, a mobile phone number to be carried on the day, an email address, and confirmation that they accept the same terms and conditions before the closing date.
