Feet to the Fire 5K Run/Walk
Feet to the Fire is a 5K run and walk held on October 24, 2026 at Hicksville Fire Department Station Four, 1 Levittown Parkway, Hicksville, NY 11801. Parking is available in the shopping center next to the firehouse.
Registration options include standard 5K entry and a first responder rate. Posted totals show early registration at $33.80 and race day registration at $38.98; a first responder rate is listed at $28.63 early and $33.80 on race day. A base registration line shows $30.00 plus processing fee.
On-course and event amenities include on site bathrooms, live online and text results, free same day finish line photos, and free video at the finish. The first 250 registrants receive a race T shirt and participants age 21 and older receive a free beer with their bib after the race. A personalized bib is provided for entrants who register three weeks in advance.
Bib pickup is handled by event staff beginning one hour before the event; a bib number is required for pickup. Last minute registrants within 24 hours receive their bib number by text.
The looped course begins in front of the firehouse, follows Levittown Parkway south, then proceeds along Root Lane, Brittle Lane and Grape Lane before returning north on Levittown Parkway to the firehouse.
Awards include top three male and female first responders, top three overall male and female, and male and female age group awards from 19 and under through 90 plus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
