Event Details

This is described as the 17th annual edition. The race features a unique scoring system based on a couple's combined final time, with four couple categories available. Individual participants are also welcome and may be paired with another solo runner.

The live 5K event has a participant cap of 350. The 10K option is new for this year and has a time limit of 80 minutes; participants who cannot maintain a pace of 12 minutes per mile are asked to register for the 5K. A minimum of 40 participants is required for the 10K to be held; otherwise, 10K registrants will be moved to the 5K on race day.

All finishers receive a T-shirt or other giveaway. The event offers unique awards and includes a Kids Race. Proceeds benefit the Parkinson’s disease Foundation at Jefferson Hospital and the Bryn Mawr Running Club.
