About the race
FCancer Race NorCal edition is scheduled for March 7, 2027 in Middletown, CA at 14230 Big Canyon Road. The event includes trail and road sections and is described as a looped course with notable changes in elevation.
The course begins with a steep climb to an observatory, continues to the top of a spring, then returns downhill. Runners descend the far side of the mountain, follow a short road section, and pass an aid station located near a driveway. The main loop is described as just under a mile.
Amenities and event features listed by the organizer include an event medal, a shirt, a silent auction, a raffle, food, and age group awards. Camping is offered as an add on to make a weekend stay possible. A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to The Totally RAD Foundation.
This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds, but transfers to another runner are allowed through the organizer or at bib pickup. Dogs are permitted on leash and the organizer states they are not liable for dog injuries. Registration is noted to close on March 4, 2027.
