Lancaster Race Series – Father's Day Half Marathon, 10k and 1k Fun Run
The event takes place on June 20th 2027 at 3-1-5 Health Club, LA1 3PE, and offers three distances.
- Half marathon : fast, flat, scenic riverside route on pedestrian and cycle paths.
- 10k : fast, flat riverside course suitable for stepping up from 5k.
- 1k Family Fun Run : family event, fancy dress welcome, children under 8 must run with an adult.
The half marathon awards a medal and a t-shirt to all finishers. The 10k and the family fun run award medals to finishers who wear a race number. Prizes are given to the first three male and first three female finishers in the half marathon and the 10k.
Entry options and fees are provided online and on the day. Online fees listed include the following examples: half marathon affiliated £31, unaffiliated £33, Lancaster Runner's Club £25; 10k affiliated £24, unaffiliated £25, Lancaster Runner's Club £19. Online fun run fees include £8 per runner or £27 for a family of four. On-the-day cash prices are higher in several categories, for example half marathon affiliated £35 and unaffiliated £35, 10k affiliated £25 and unaffiliated £25, and fun run individual £10 or family of four £35.
