Fastest of the Fastest Running Event
The Fastest of the Fastest event takes place on the Marymoor Connector Trail in Redmond, Washington. The course consists of flat asphalt, designed for speed. Participants can choose from several race distances:
- 26.2 miles (Marathon)
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- 10 km
- 5 km
The marathon distance is a Boston Marathon Qualifier (BQ) for the 2027 race. The course certification is currently pending. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances.
The event utilizes chip timing, and participants are required to wear their bib on the front of their torso. Support stations are located every 3 miles along the course, providing water, Gatorade, gel, and first aid. Free parking is available at the King County Trail head.
All registrants receive a long sleeve tri-release T-shirt. Every athlete who completes their respective distance receives a finisher medal. Race results are published on the USATF site. The first-place male and female finishers in each event receive a gift card. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
