Course and Format

The cross country course includes turf grass, wooded dirt trails, and farmland terrain. The bike event involves cyclists completing 5 laps of the running course. Participants can use any type of bicycle.

Additional Information

A team category exists for the run. Awards are given for individual and age group performances in both running and biking, as well as for the fastest combined run and bike time. Custom awards are made from reclaimed barnwood. There is also a prize category for farm-themed costumes. Participants in the kids' race receive a small pumpkin.
