Event overview
FarmDaze 24 is the ninth annual ultrarunning event held on a private 350-acre grassfed beef family farm in Brooklet, Georgia (934 Driggers Road). The event offers multiple timed categories:
- 24-hour event
- 12-hour event
- 6-hour event
- The 0.0 (returning games event from 2024)
The race is limited to 220 participants. Pacers and families are allowed. Dogs are not permitted.
Course, services, and rules
The course is a roughly 2-mile loop through grass pasture and shaded woods. The trail is described as flat, wide, with a few roots and not technical. One manned aid station will provide hot food, runner snacks and fuel, water, and a sports drink. Timing will be provided by Grounded Running and instant results will be available at an on-site kiosk.
Awards are given for top finishers in the 6-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour categories. Finishers receive medals for completing at least 50 km in 6 hours, 50 miles in 12 hours, and 85 miles in 24 hours. Buckles are awarded for reaching 100 miles in 24 hours; the first ten 100-mile finishers receive buckles on site, later 100-mile finishers receive buckles after the event. Camping, port-a-johns, and running water are available. The event is cup-free; participants should bring their own bottle or cup. No refunds or deferrals are offered; registration transfers may be arranged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
