Miles in Styles 5K and Festival
The 2026 Miles in Styles 5K and Festival is organized by the ECCA Student Council and takes place at the Honey Ridge Agricenter in Guyton, Georgia. This community event features a scenic farm course designed for participants who wish to walk, run, or jog through the venue. The course is stroller-friendly, allowing families to participate together.
The event follows a "Party in the USA" theme with a specific focus on video game and board game characters. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes representing their favorite games while completing the distance. The available distances and ticket categories include:
- 5 km Run (Team registration)
- 5 km Walk (Individual registration)
- Festival Entry (Non-running ticket)
A portion of the proceeds from the event supports Effingham Backpack Buddies, an organization that provides meals to local students. Free parking is available at the Honey Ridge Agricenter, with signage provided for arriving guests. While online registration remains open until late April, participants who register after April 11, 2025, are not guaranteed an event t-shirt.
