FAM JAM 5K
FAM JAM 5K is a community 5-kilometer run hosted by Faith Alive Ministries in Locust, North Carolina. The course covers 5K (3.1 miles) through the Locust Town Center area. The event supports ministry work that provides care and assistance to widows, orphans, and vulnerable families in Stanly County and abroad.
Registration opens July 5, 2026. Entry fees are $25 through October 7, 2026, and $35 from October 8, 2026 through race day. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Greater Grounds Coffee, 103 Locust Ave, Locust, NC 28097. Race-day packet pickup is also available before the race.
Awards include medals for the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers under 15. The top 10 overall finishers will receive a Faith Alive Ministries 5K T-shirt; additional shirts may be available for purchase on race day while supplies last.
