Fall Running Series - Peninsula, OH
The Fall Running Series runs from September 29 to October 27, 2026, across multiple locations in Cuyahoga Valley National Park near Peninsula, Ohio. The series comprises five weekly trail races held on Tuesday evenings, each organized at a different park location.
Each event covers 3 to 5 miles on trails. The five 2026 locations are Pine Hollow, Howe Meadow, Kendall Lake, Oak Hill, and Camp Butler. The organizer offers a series package and individual race entries; the series package price listed is $150 and individual event fees are listed as $30 or $35 depending on the event.
Series participants receive a set of swag items including a fleece hoodie, Feetures socks, a Nathan strobe light, and a finisher medal. Individual race participants receive a grab bag assortment of swag. One event, at Camp Butler, has special permission to allow participants to run or hike with dogs.
Events proceed regardless of weather. Participants who expect to walk or run at a moderate pace are advised to bring a flashlight or headlamp.
