Event Overview
The Fall Fun 5K and Trick or Treat Trot takes place at Creekside Park in Gahanna, Ohio. This Halloween event offers options for both adult and youth participants, with a focus on seasonal themes and community support. The 5K course is professionally timed and follows trails along Big Walnut Creek. The route passes through natural areas characterized by autumn foliage. Each runner in the 5K receives a race bib, a T-shirt, and an official time.
The Kids Trick or Treat Trot features two distinct distances based on age. The youngest participants run a short route around the Creekside Fountain, while elementary-aged children complete a longer course around Creekside Park. These youth races feature candy stations located along the course rather than traditional water stations.
The event includes a post-race celebration at Creekside Plaza featuring music and awards. Recognition is given to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K.
