Fall Frenzy 5K : Troutman, NC
The Fall Frenzy 5K is a community road race held on November 21, 2026, at 338 North Avenue in Troutman, North Carolina. The event offers a 3.1 mile chip-timed race on a newly designed course and is organized by the Iredell Crosby Scholars Community Partnership.
The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine. Jogging strollers and pets are permitted; pets must remain on a leash at all times. Registration opens May 1, 2026, and closes November 21, 2026. The standard registration fee is $35. Runners who register before October 24, 2026, are guaranteed a race t-shirt.
On-site amenities and activities include coffee from Becky's Brews food truck, face painting, yard games, post-race fruit and snacks, cheer teams, and awards for top male and female finishers in multiple categories. Timing will be provided by New and Old-Timers LLC.
The organizing nonprofit, Iredell Crosby Scholars Community Partnership, is a 501(c)(3) college access organization founded in 2015. Race funds and donations will support programs for Iredell County middle and high school students, including career exploration, resume and interview preparation, college application support and tours, college essay review, standardized test preparation, scholarship and financial aid guidance, FAFSA assistance, one-on-one advising, and leadership opportunities.
