Fall Frenzy 5K
The Fall Frenzy 5K is a community running event held in Troutman, North Carolina on November 21, 2026, at 400 North Eastway Drive. The race covers 3.1 Miles on a new course and will be chip timed by New and Old-Timers LLC. The event is scheduled rain or shine.
Registration opens May 1, 2026 and closes November 21, 2026; the stated registration fee is $35.00. Runners who register before October 24, 2026 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. A coupon code is available for participants who indicate the registration fee presents a financial hardship.
Parking is available in a gravel lot across from Troutman Town Hall or Troutman ESC Park; parking is not permitted in the Troutman Town Hall lot. Walkers, joggers, strollers and pets are allowed on the course; pets must be on a leash at all times.
Event-day activities include food trucks from Poppy's Waffles and Twisted Sips, face painting, yard games, post-race fruit and snacks, cheer teams, and awards for top male and female finishers in multiple categories. Proceeds and donations support Iredell Crosby Scholars, a nonprofit that provides college access services such as college application support, test preparation, scholarship guidance, advising, and leadership opportunities for middle and high school students.
