Course Details
The 13.1 Miles course begins at the Cascade Lakes Welcome Center and follows a paved bike path downhill. It connects to the Deschutes River Trail, passes through the Old Mill district, and continues to First Street Rapids via a pedestrian path. The first half of the route includes approximately 500 feet of elevation loss, while the second half consists of flat terrain.
The 10K course also starts at the Cascade Lakes Welcome Center and follows Century Drive toward the heart of the Old Mill. The surface is split between pavement and smooth, wide trails, ending at Riverbend Park. Like the longer distance, it includes nearly 500 feet of elevation loss.
The 5K route is located within the Old Mill area. The course provides views of the river, mountains, and the historic mill site. This distance is open to participants of all ages, with a specific registration option available for youth aged 12 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
