Falcon Trail Fest
The Falcon Trail Fest is a two-day trail running event held on September 26-27, 2026, at Falcon Ridge Ski Hill in Whiteshell Provincial Park, Manitoba.
Distances offered:
- Saturday, September 26: The "Classic Up and Down" course, with 8 km (one loop) and 16 km (two loops) options.
- Sunday, September 27: The "Loop the Lake" marathon and "The Better Half" 28 km race.
- Runners can also register for two-day combinations: the "Half Flight" (8 km + 28 km) and the "Full Flight" (16 km + marathon).
The courses use rolling single-track trails on the Canadian Shield, incorporating sections of the ski hill, the Pine Ridge Trail, and the new connector trail around the east end of Falcon Lake. The listed elevation gains range from 270m for the 8k to 620m for the 28k.
Registration includes a custom finisher award for each distance, official race swag, professional race-day photography, and access to stocked aid stations. Runners can collect UT of MB and UTMB index points. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
