Faith in Motion Liberty 5K
Faith in Motion Liberty 5K is a community running event held at Liberty Community Church, 3940 Liberty Road, Gold Hill, NC 28071. The event includes a main 5K Run/Walk and a shorter fun run for children.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Liberty Community Church Youth Group Fund. Parking and race check-in are located across the street at the ball field. For participant safety, no dogs are allowed in the race.
Awards are offered for the 5K and the fun run. In the 5K there are overall awards for the top three male and female finishers and top male and female masters; overall winners are not eligible for age group awards and awards will not be mailed. Age group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group, and walkers are eligible for age group awards. The fun run awards the top three overall and medals to other participants ages 10 and under.
Age groups for the 5K are: 10 and under, 11 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over.
Dry fit T-shirts are guaranteed to all preregistered 5K runners and walkers and are available on race day while supplies last. Timing and scoring will be provided by Salisbury Rowan Runners.
