Fairchance Construction Octoberfest 5k Run/Walk and Mom Maruca's Beer Mile & Beer Mile Relay
Fairchance Construction Octoberfest is a multi-event race day in Uniontown, PA on October 3, 2026. The program includes a 5K Run and 5K Walk, the Mom Maruca Beer Mile, a Beer Mile Relay, a Corporate Beer Mile Relay, a Kids Root Beer Run of 1/2 mile for ages 14 and under, and a combined 5K then Beer Mile option. The event supports the Uniontown Area High School track team and features awards for top finishers and age groups in the 5K, top three male and female finishers in the Beer Mile, and top three relay teams.
Beer Mile entries are restricted to participants 21 years and older with required ID. The Beer Mile relay is formatted as four 1/4 mile legs with one beer per leg and requires four paid team members; corporate teams must also have four members and receive separate recognition. Laurel Highlands Brewing will provide a race-specific Beer Mile Blonde. Early packet pickup is available at Mom Marucas with food specials and live music. T-shirts are guaranteed for entries received by the stated signup deadline and a high-quality beer glass is available to the first 200 entrants.
