Thistlethwaite Haunted Wine Run 5K

The Thistlethwaite Haunted Wine Run 5K is a Halloween-themed running and walking event held at Thistlethwaite Vineyards in Jefferson, Pennsylvania. This family-owned estate dates back to 1892 and features five acres of land dedicated to growing ten varieties of French hybrid grapes. The event takes place on the vineyard grounds, offering participants a course through the agricultural landscape.

Registered participants in the 5k receive several commemorative items, including a soft ring-spun cotton t-shirt, with an option to upgrade to a hoodie. Each finisher is provided with a portable, shatterproof wine glass and a finisher medal designed to function as a wine stopper. The event also includes a pour of wine for participants.

The race is chip-timed, and results are recorded and posted online by J3 Timing. The event is open to both runners and walkers.
