Fabulous Fahnestock Trail Races (Cold Spring, NY)
The Fabulous Fahnestock Trail Races take place in Fahnestock State Park near Cold Spring, NY. The event offers multiple distances that traverse a mix of terrain, from runnable dirt roads and abandoned rail beds to technical single track. Courses include long climbs, runs past lakes and ponds, flowy descents, and sections on old dirt roads.

- 50K
- 25K
- 5.5 Miler
Registration includes full on-course support with hydration and Ultra Fare, a post-race meal, event swag, and on-site parking. Multiple full-service aid stations and generous cutoffs are provided. Participants who register for the 50K may drop to the 25K, including mid-race; the price difference is non-refundable. Upgrades to a longer distance require contacting the race directors. Full refunds are available until 7/1/26; no refunds or deferrals are issued after 7/1/26. Registration after 7/15/26 does not guarantee event swag and is subject to availability.
Active military, veterans, and first responders are eligible for a 25% discount using the code MILITARY. The race series is produced by Run Wild, a nonprofit focused on land conservation, and a large portion of proceeds is donated back to Fahnestock State Park to support improvements and conservation of public lands.
