Ezra J. Hartke Race for Hope
The Ezra J. Hartke Race for Hope is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Kyle Park in Tipp City, OH. The event raises funds in support of childhood cancer research and care. Proceeds go to Dayton Children’s Hospital and pediatric brain tumor research. The event honors the memory of a young child who faced a pediatric brain tumor.

Base registration fees: 5K walk $30, 5K run $35, 10K run $35, virtual 5K $25. In-person event fees increase after November 8. Teams of 10 or more receive a $5 discount per person. Age 18 and under registrations receive a $5 discount. Ages 5 and under register free. In-person registrations must be received by October 30 to receive a race t-shirt. Registration opens March 10, 2026.
Awards are offered for 5K and 10K runs for men and women in these groups: Overall, 15 & under, 16-30, 31-45, 46-60, and 60+. A downloadable course map PDF is available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
