Eyam Half Marathon
The Eyam Half Marathon is a road race held in Eyam, with a scheduled date of 16 May 2027. The course starts and finishes in the historic Plague Village of Eyam and offers views across the Peak District.
The route involves more than 1,500 ft of total ascent. Runners climb over 400 ft in the first two miles, then the course levels for the next three miles as it passes the hamlets of Bretton and Abney. The route then descends about 800 ft over 4.5 miles towards Hathersage before an 800 ft climb over two miles, followed by a final 400 ft descent back into Eyam.
Entry details include open and close dates: entries open 23 May 2026 and close 15 May 2027. The event has a minimum age of 18. Entry fees are listed by category in GBP, including separate rates for UKA members, non members, and walkers. There are 100 walkers only places available and walkers take part at their own risk. All finishers and walkers have the option to buy an Eyam Half Marathon finisher T shirt.
