Eyam Half Marathon
The Eyam Half Marathon takes place in Eyam in the Hope Valley on 17 May 2026. The event is a road half marathon that passes through local hamlets and open countryside in the Peak District.
The course includes about 1,500 ft of total ascent. Runners climb over 400 feet in the first two miles, then the route levels for the next three miles as it passes through Bretton and Abney. This is followed by an 800 ft descent over about 4.5 miles towards Hathersage, then an 800 ft climb over two miles, and a final 400 ft descent back into Eyam.
Entries open on 6 June 2025 and close on 16 May 2026. The event lists an age minimum of 18 or older. Entry fees for the main race are shown as £23 for UKA members and £25 for non members. A walkers entry fee is shown as £15. There are 50 places reserved for walkers and walkers take part at their own risk. The event had 327 participants entered at the time of the listing.
