Express Your SuperPower 5K 10K Fun Run and Tot Trot
The Express Your SuperPower event is the 12th annual community run in Canton, Georgia, presented by the Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and the Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition. It takes place within Etowah River Park and Heritage Park and is hosted at 600 Brown Industrial Boulevard, Canton, GA 30114.
The event includes multiple distances and participation formats:
- Tot Trot
- Fun Run
- 5K
- 10K
- Virtual 5K
- Virtual 10K
Proceeds from the event are designated for the MedMilk Project: Building Georgia’s Milk Bank, which aims to provide safe donor breastmilk for medically fragile infants. The event also raises awareness for World Breastfeeding Week and related family health issues.
Shirts are guaranteed for registrations received before September 21, 2026; later registrations are not guaranteed a shirt or size. Virtual participants receive a shirt but are not eligible for awards. Both the 5K and 10K are Peachtree qualifying courses and carry certification numbers.
Timing and results are managed by BT Race Timing; the event is not chip timed. Finish cards must be completed and submitted for results to be posted and for award eligibility. Results will be published online after the race. Awards are given to overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and in 10-year age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over.
Volunteers are used to support the event. The race proceeds in rain unless severe weather causes a cancellation. No refunds are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
