Express Your SuperPower 5K 10K Fun Run and Tot Trot
The 12th Annual Express Your SuperPower 5K 10K Fun Run and Tot Trot is scheduled for October 10, 2026 in Canton, Georgia at 600 Brown Industrial Blvd. The event is presented by the Northwest Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and the Georgia Breastfeeding Coalition and uses a course entirely within Etowah River Park and Heritage Park.
Event distances and options include:
- Tot Trot (no shirt option and shirt option)
- Fun Run
- 5K
- 10K
- Virtual 5K
- Virtual 10K
Race proceeds will be made available to support the MedMilk Project: Building Georgia’s Milk Bank. The event also raises awareness for World Breastfeeding Week and related family health issues.
Shirts are guaranteed for registrations received before September 21, 2026; later registrations are not guaranteed a shirt or size. Virtual participants receive a shirt but are not eligible for race awards. Both the 5K and 10K are part of the Clover Glove Series and the Black Bag Race Series and award series points to participants.
The race is timed by BT Race Timing and will not use chip timing. Finish cards must be completed and returned for results to be posted and for award eligibility. Complete results will be posted after the race. Awards for the 5K and 10K include top Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, and 10 year age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over.
Costumes, including superhero outfits, are welcome if they do not create a safety hazard. Volunteers are requested. In case of rain the races will proceed; severe weather may cause delay or cancellation. No refunds are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
