Expo Park XC
Expo Park XC is a grass cross country meet held at Exposition Park in Aurora, Colorado. The 2027 date is to be determined. The course is described as old school cross country with ruts, roots, creek crossings, and bale hurdles.
The race courses are almost entirely on grass and are mostly flat but uneven in places, with small undulations and some roots. The 3k and 5k races use a 1k loop followed by a 2k loop. Both loops include a wooden footbridge, several concrete path crossings (spikes are welcome but the paths are not covered), a creek crossing, and bale jumps.
Distances and age categories
- 5k open to all ages
- ~1k kids 6 and under
- 2k youth 8 and under, combined genders

Organizers aim to follow the published schedule but note starts may be delayed when construction or road closures affect parking. Awards follow each race. Results are available from previous years 2023 through 2026, and event photos show creek crossings, pack starts, and runners jumping bales.
