About the race
EvenSplits York 5K is a monthly road race at the University of York Sport Village Cycle Circuit, Heslington East, York. The 5-kilometre course is flat and fast, run as five laps on a circuit designed for speed and PBs. The event is chip-timed and EA-licensed, with live results texted to runners and kilometre splits published the next day.
A chocolate bar awaits finishers, and entry offers good value: single-race entries from £10–£12 and multi-race passes. Each entrant receives a race number with an embedded timing chip usable at York and Leeds 5K. Facilities include water, markers, and toilets; baggage and changing facilities are not provided.
