18th Annual Eureka Schools Foundation Granite Bay 5 & 10K
The event on September 13, 2026 in Granite Bay features multiple community running options that raise funds for the Eureka Schools Foundation. Organizers expect a large community turnout and a morning of races plus family activities and a Sponsor Zone with local vendors, games, face painting, balloon twisting, and live music.

- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- Kids 1/4 Mile (0.25 miles)
Entries include a short-sleeve commemorative shirt, chip timing for the 10K and 5K, and finisher ribbons. The 10K uses two laps of the course. Medals are awarded to top overall finishers for the 10K and to overall and age-group top finishers for the 5K. Kids in the 1/4 mile receive a ribbon and a pizza coupon. A paid pacer option is available for those who will accompany a runner but will not be timed. A Sideline Supporter option is available for attendees who want to donate without racing.
Logistics note: bib pickup is available before race day at an off-site location, with limited morning-of pickup at Granite Bay High School. Parking is available at Granite Bay High School; roads on course remain open so participants must use the shoulder and follow pedestrian rules.
