Event overview
The ESRREC Bun Run is a fifth annual 5K event in Rock Hall, Maryland. The race offers both an in-person entry and a virtual entry option. Course, entry and purpose
The 5K route passes the harbor and the beach and includes views of the Chesapeake Bay and Swan Creek. Registration fees listed for the event include a standard fee of $45, which includes a reusable ESRREC tote; an early registration fee of $40; a day-of registration fee of $50; and a virtual registration fee of $40. Funds raised are designated for veterinary expenses and other operational costs for the rescue. ESRREC is volunteer-run and reports having helped over 500 rabbits find homes since 2015.
