Entry on the day is available; pre-entry is not offered. Entry-on-the-day fees are £6.00 for members and £8.00 for non-members. The event uses a universal entry form and participants are expected to carry full kit. Minimum age is 18. Teams are allowed - men teams of 4 and women teams of 3. The race holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA. It is part of a winter series and is a fundraiser for the Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team.
