Event overview
Escape from Folsom Trail Runs takes place February 7-8, 2026 at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, 8000 Douglas Blvd., Granite Bay, CA. The event offers trail races on shoreline routes with aid stations along Folsom Lake. Finisher medals are included for 2026, and soft-cotton race shirts are available for purchase prior to the race for $20.

Entry, awards and policies
Standard entry is listed as USD 50 for the 5K and USD 55 for the 10 Mile. First place overall male and female in each race receive Overall Champion Awards. Age-group awards are given three deep in each ten-year age group for both the 5K and the 10 Mile.
The organizer, Total Body Fitness (TBF Racing), operates a no-refund policy. Refunds requested before race week are issued as a race credit minus a $25 processing fee; credits and transfers are not allowed during race week. Transfers between TBF Racing events are permitted within one year for a $25 fee. All events are held rain or shine.
A volunteer program offers a $50 TBF Racing volunteer voucher toward event entry fees for a standard four-hour shift; volunteers must reserve positions through the organizer.
