ERC STRIDE 5K FOR MENTAL HEALTH
The ERC Stride 5K for Mental Health Awareness is a community running event organized by the Empowerment Resource Center on October 10, 2026 at Shirley C. Franklin/Westside Park in Atlanta. The course distance is 3.1 Miles and the event includes official race timing and finisher medals.
Registration opens on October 16, 2025 and closes on September 10, 2026. Standard registration fee is $40.00. Race day registration is available via QR code for $50 and accepts credit or debit cards only; cash and checks are not accepted.
The event includes an EMPOWERFEST community program with music, vendors, and wellness resources. Participants are provided 2026 event merchandise and there are additional giveaways. Proceeds from the event fund therapeutic sessions for low-income individuals to support access to mental health care.
