EquallyAble Walk4Inclusion 5K

The EquallyAble Walk4Inclusion is a community sports event held at Fairfax Corner in Fairfax, Virginia. This event is part of a nationwide initiative to promote dignity, access, and opportunity for people of all abilities. The proceeds from the event support programs and advocacy services that assist individuals with disabilities and their families.

The event offers two distinct distances:

5K (Timed)
1K Fun Run (Untimed)

The 5K is designed for participants who wish to run or walk and receive an official finishing time. The 1K Fun Run is specifically designed for children with disabilities, adults of all abilities, and their families. This shorter course is open to individuals using strollers or wheelchairs.

Registrants receive an official event t-shirt and a finisher medal. T-shirt size and availability are guaranteed only for those who register by March 15. The 1K Fun Run is scheduled to begin after the participants in the 5K race have completed their course to ensure a supportive environment for all.
