Epping Forest Wildwood Trail Series - April 2026
Epping Forest Wildwood Trail Series takes place on Saturday 11 April 2026 at Chingford Plain, Rangers Road, London. The event offers two trail distances that run through ancient woodland and a mix of maintained paths and natural forest trails. The half marathon is two laps of the route and the 10 km is one lap.

The courses are fully marked and chip timed. On-course support includes aid stations, marshals, online results and event photography. Finishers receive an eco friendly wooden medal and there are finish line snacks and treats. Terrain includes solid footing, muddy sections and a few inclines. Participants may encounter local wildlife along the route.
Race packs must be collected from registration on the morning of the event. The organiser is BCS Events. The event notes that push-buggies and dogs are not permitted and there is no canicross option. Age rules specify participants must be 17 or older for the half marathon; there is no upper age limit for the 10 km but runners aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
