About the race
EPIC Norwich City Half Marathon is a city centre road race organised by EPIC Norfolk, scheduled for Monday 3rd May 2027 (Bank Holiday). Entries open on Friday 18th September. The route will be announced soon and the course is 100% on road and affiliated with UK Athletics.
Entry options include affiliated and unaffiliated places, with a postage and booking fee applied. All entries include a chip-timed race number and a bespoke finisher medal; race numbers are posted to entrants around two weeks before the race. Total Race Timing will provide chip timing.
Charity entries are available. Charity entrants must raise a minimum of £150 through an official fundraising page to receive a refund of the entry fee. If the fundraising minimum is not met, the charity entry will be removed and the entrant will not be permitted to take part. By selecting a charity partner, entrants consent to EPIC Norfolk sharing their contact details with that charity partner.
Additional event details: race t-shirts can be purchased as an add-on for £17.50 and collected on race day, available in men's and women's sizes from XS to 2XL. All entrants must be at least 17 years old. The race has a cut-off time of four hours. Only bone conducting headphones are permitted during the race. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred.
Transport and logistics: organisers recommend using Norwich Park and Ride; Park and Ride costs are not included in the entry fee. Transfers to another runner are possible via the Total Race Timing account before the transfer deadline of three weeks before race day.
