Engineers' Week 2026: 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for February 22, 2026 at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. The event is a 5K run/walk and is described as an inaugural Engineers' Week 5K. The course is presented as a flat, fast route around the OU Norman campus and passes landmarks such as the Oklahoma Memorial Union, Bizzell Memorial Library, Gaylord Family Stadium, Heisman Park, and the Engineering Quad. Logistics and extras
Registration pricing shows a current price of $15 (previously listed at $30) with a noted price increase after January 19, 2026. Registrants who register by February 8, 2026 are guaranteed a race shirt and size. Packet pickup is available on the OU Norman campus on February 18 and 19, with additional packet pickup and day-of registration offered on race day. The event includes a custom race shirt, bib, and finisher medal; chip timing with live results and awards; photo opportunities on campus; and a participant bag with items. Student engineering teams will present project demonstrations at the finish area. A referral offer provides a $15 refund if five friends sign up by February 8, 2026.
