Event Overview
The 9th Annual Emerson the Brave Stampede is a 5K Fun Run and Color Run. It is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Great Lakes Elementary School in Holland, Michigan.
The event's purpose is to raise funds and awareness for pediatric brain cancers, specifically DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma) and DMG (diffuse midline glioma), in honor of a girl named Emerson. It is an official partner event with the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation, with proceeds supporting research and clinical trials for these diseases.
Event Details
The following events are available:
- 5K With Shirt – Registration fee is $30.
- 5K Without Shirt – Registration fee is $25.
- 0.5K Color Fun Run With Shirt – Registration fee is $20.
- 0.5K Color Fun Run – Bring your own shirt – Registration fee is $15.
All events are open to participants aged 1 to 101. Registration opens on June 15, 2026.
