Emancipation Day TIMED Run/Walk

The Emancipation Day TIMED Run/Walk 2025, celebrating its 5th anniversary, takes place in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, starting and finishing at 10 Cherry Brook Road near the Black Cultural Centre. This free 5K event follows a measured course through Cherry Brook Road and Loon Lake Road, promoting awareness of anti-Black racism and the legacy of slavery in Canada. Organized by BLM - In This TOGETHER, the run/walk aims to educate and foster community action against systemic racism.
