Elmer Library Harvest Day 5K Run
The Elmer Library Harvest Day 5K Run takes place on October 3, 2026 at Elmer Library, 120 South Main Street, Elmer, NJ 08318. All event proceeds benefit the Elmer Library.
The event features a 3.1 Miles (5K) road race that will be chip timed by a professional timing company. Registration fees vary by age and timing: pre-registration is $30 for participants aged 20 and older with a t-shirt included, and $20 for participants aged 19 and younger; day-of registration is $35 with t-shirts provided as available. Registration opens June 15, 2026 and closes October 2, 2026. The event is held rain or shine and has a no refunds policy.
Drinks and snacks are provided at the finish area. There are age group awards with three awards per group; the age groups are 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older. A cash prize of $100 is offered for overall gender winners. The event also includes a team competition where teams of two to four people are scored by the two fastest team members.
Parking is available on South Main Street, across the street at Adams Funeral Home, and at the Elmer Fire House and Elmer Little League Ballpark. The awards ceremony is followed by the Elmer Harvest Day Festival. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
