Elm Street Athletic Festival
The Elm Street Athletic Festival is scheduled for May 22, 2027 in Greensboro, North Carolina at 332 S Elm St. This is the sixth annual edition of the event. A portion of the proceeds benefit brain cancer non-profit organizations that support brain and spine tumor patients and providers.
The festival program includes multiple in person and virtual options. Virtual registrants receive an official event medal and shirt shipped to them, with domestic shipping included for virtual packets. The event features team entries in a Chariot Division that pairs running and nonrunning participants for select distances.

Event types listed by the organizer comprise in person running races, walking events focused on survivors and supporters, virtual races, and Chariot Runner and Chariot Rider entries. There is a dedicated 1 mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk to acknowledge survivors, family members, caregivers, and those walking in remembrance. Youth participants have a separate 1 mile Elm Street Youth Mile.
