The 31st Annual Ellen's Run/Walk 2026
The event is a community 5K run and walk taking place on August 16, 2026 at Southampton Intermediate School, 70 Leland Lane, Southampton, NY. The course starts and finishes in front of the school and follows a loop through nearby streets, including Leland Lane, Old Town Road, Herrick Road, Little Plains Road, and Gin Lane.

- Kiddie Dash for young children, free and held on the school circle
Online registration is available through race day. In-person bib pick-up is offered on race day at the school; there is no pre-race bib pick-up or in-person registration on the Saturday before the event. Registered participants receive a t-shirt and a commemorative bib; finisher medals are distributed. Live online results and same-day finish line photos are provided.
Awards and recognition are posted online for top overall finishers by gender and non-binary category, a top survivor award, and top age group finishers across standard age brackets. Proceeds support the Ellen Hermanson Foundation and fund local breast health services and programs, including free screenings for uninsured and underserved women, psychosocial support services, emergency diagnostic grants, and micro-grants for needs like groceries and transportation.
