Eliot Festival 5K Road Race
The Eliot Festival 5K is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Eliot, Maine, with the start and finish located in the Eliot Town Hall parking lot. Proceeds from the event support Footprints Food Pantry, the Eliot Fuel Assistance Fund, and the William Fogg Library.
The course is USATF certified, well marked, and runs along scenic rural by-ways with a police escort. ChronoTrack chip timing is used for a common start and finish, and results are prepared for state and national rankings and published online. A water station is located at approximately 2.8 km, and additional water is available at the start and finish area.
Walkers and strollers are welcome; dogs and bikes are not permitted on the course. Cash prizes are awarded to the first three men and women overall, and medals are given to winners in all age groups.
Registration fees are listed for two age categories: $45 for participants 18 and older and $32 for participants 17 and under when registering online by September 25, 2026. Limited day of registration and packet pick up options are offered the day before and the morning of the race near the Town Hall.
