Elevate Kids Fun Run
Elevate Kids organizes an annual community fun run at Las Colonias Park in Grand Junction, Colorado. The 2027 event is scheduled for Sunday, April 18, 2027, and offers multiple course options for participants of different ages.

There are two registration options: register on a school or non-profit team to support a school's PE program or other approved nonprofit, or use a Charity Bib to fundraise for a chosen school or approved nonprofit with a $100 fundraising commitment. Student race entry scholarships were closed for the 2026 fun run; scholarship applications for the 2027 event were to open in fall 2026.
The event uses professional timing and posts online results. Awards are given to the top three finishers in each age category. Race-day bib pick-up is available the Friday before the race at Mesa Fitness Grand Junction (700 Maldonado Street) and on race morning at Las Colonias Park (1461 Riverfront Drive). Shirts are offered in youth sizes up to XL, women's specific sizes small to 2XL, and men's sizes small to 3XL; women’s specific shirts tend to run small and participants are advised to size up because exchanges are not available. Shirts are guaranteed for runners who register before April 6, 2027 and will be available in limited supply after that date.
