ELEVATE at Kelso Conservation
ELEVATE takes place on June 27, 2026 at Kelso Conservation Area, 5234 Kelso Road, Milton, Ontario, Canada.
The event offers multiple race formats for adults and children. Distances and formats are listed below.
- 5K adult course, approximately two loops, ~190 m elevation.
- 10K adult course, approximately four loops, ~380 m elevation.
- MAX ELEVATION adult, as many loops as possible in 3 hours.
- 2K kids course.
- MAX ELEVATION kids, 1 hour limit.
- 20K relay team of 4, each teammate runs two loops.
- Energy Mile, separate entry available for $20.
The main course is a loop of about 3 km with roughly 145 m of elevation per loop. The route includes uphill and downhill sections and crosses the escarpment before returning through the start and finish area for additional loops.
There is one aid station on course per loop stocked with water, electrolytes and snacks. The event uses professional chip timing. BIBs and entries are non refundable. Race kit pick up is available on the morning of the event at the West Lodge.
The event proceeds in rainy conditions according to its weather plan. After the races, a Life Athlete Village in front of the West Lodge hosts sponsors, activities and the awards ceremonies. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
