El Trote De Las Calacas 2026
El Trote De Las Calacas is a combined cultural event and certified road race held in Elgin, Illinois. The event includes a USTF certified 5K race/walk and a cultural celebration that honors Day of the Dead traditions. Programming at the event features music, food, dancing catrinas, live performers and a cultural marketplace. The presentation also includes community displays such as an ofrenda.
