Egg Nog Jog
The Egg Nog Jog is an annual 5K event held in Mt. Adams, Cincinnati, with a course that begins at Jerome and St. Gregory and winds through Mt. Adams and Eden Park, offering views across the city.
The event program includes in person 5K Run, in person 5K Walk, and a Virtual 5K. The 5K Walk is for walkers only, has a separate walk start, and has walking awards for participants who start with the walkers. The Virtual 5K includes a virtual bib number and a finisher medal, and participants may post their time on the Virtual Results page.
Registration details vary by entry type. Registration opens July 31, 2026 for the run and walk and for volunteer sign ups; the run and walk registration also closes July 31, 2026. Virtual registration opens July 31, 2026 and closes December 16, 2026. Volunteer registration closes December 8, 2026. Listed entry fees are $18.00 for the 5K Run and 5K Walk, $25.00 for the Virtual 5K, and $0.00 for volunteers.
