About the race
The event is a 5K road race and walk held at the Michelin Americas Research Center, 515 Michelin Road, Greenville, SC. The course is an out-and-back route that runs along the rolling hills of Greenville County. Registration carries a base fee of $15.00 plus RunSignup fees. The event is open to participants aged 5 and older.
Event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; only gift transfers are allowed. Packet pickup is offered at the Michelin North America headquarters (1 Parkway South, Greenville, SC) on days before the event and at the MARC cafeteria area (Building 92) on race day. Post-race drinks, snacks, and the awards presentation take place at the MARC cafeteria. Awards are presented to the top three male and top three female finishers in these categories: Overall, U13, Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+), and Senior Grandmasters (60+). Corporate Shield awards are presented immediately after the race awards. A giveaway offers a certificate redeemable for one set of four MICHELIN brand passenger or light truck tires in select rim diameters (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, or 21 inches); the winner must be present to claim the prize. No dogs are allowed.
Children under five are not eligible for registration. Strollers are allowed, but any rider in a stroller should not be registered as a race participant. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
