Second Annual 5K Charity Road Race
This event is the second annual 5K charity road race held at Sterling Street Brewery, 175 Sterling Street, Clinton, Massachusetts, on October 3, 2026. The race is presented in memory of a local resident who died of small cell lung cancer in October 2023 at age 67.
Participants can choose between a 5K run and a 5K walk. Registration is available from July 13, 2026 through September 7, 2026; the registration fee is $30.00. Options include registering for the run or the walk and making additional donations. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Lung Cancer Research Foundation.
On the day of the event there will be brews, food, raffles and other onsite activities. The Lung Cancer Research Foundation aims to improve lung cancer outcomes by funding research for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of lung cancer.
