Eckert's Belleville Farm Wine Run 5k takes place on April 18, 2026 at Eckert’s Belleville Farm, 951 S Green Mt Rd, Belleville, IL 62220. The event distance is 5k and the course is an out-and-back route that starts and finishes at Eckert’s Orchards. The route uses a mix of paved paths and some grass/cross-country sections and runs through orchard and farm scenery. The race is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing, with results posted online. The local charity partner is Operation Food Search, a hunger relief organization that serves about 200,000 individuals monthly through a network of community partners in Missouri and Illinois.
Logistics and extras
Registration includes a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal (noted to double as a wine stopper), a chip-timed race bib, and a wine pour. Free race photos are available for download. Age group awards are offered for top finishers by age and gender, with custom awards for the top three in each category; awards must be picked up the day of the event. Packet pickup is race day only from 7:30am to 8:45am. Walking is allowed; strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground. A virtual participation option is available, including an option to have the packet shipped for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
